Siavash Mazloumipour began drawing and painting as a child he always told that a Pelikan Watercolor and a Brush are always exist in his memories.
Oldest his painting is painted on 16 years old that is shown on his museum (1968)
However, he was proficient in all painting techniques but he is famous on watercolor and watercolor paintings is highly influenced by him in Iran.
